Invisalign moves your teeth using a set of “trays'' or “aligners'' that look sort of like retainers or night guards for teeth grinding. Each tray is worn for 20-22 hours each day, usually for 2 weeks.

After you get your clear aligners, you’ll wear them according to Dr. Mustafa’s instructions. In most cases, you’ll need to wear each set for 2 weeks, and keep them in for 20-22 hours per day for the best results. About every 4 to 6 weeks, you’ll come into our office for a brief checkup, and you’ll get your next few sets of Invisalign trays.
